All ants unless mentioned otherwise are California only. Supplies and nests are nationwide. 
Shipping
The following policies dictate our shipping:
  • Ants will go out Monday through Wednesday, supplies may go out any day.
  • We reserve the right to delay shipments for any reason, and will if need be due to poor weather or other conflicts.
  • For additional shipping requirements or wishes, please contact us or leave as a note in check out.
DOA/Broken Equipment: 
All ants are shipped with a guaranteed refund upon their death on arrival (DOA). Requirements to meet this: 
  • Video proof of the entire ant colonies, with clear footage of the dead ants or equipment must be emailed to the store within the first two hours they arrived. Later then that and they will not be refunded.
  • Colonies with dead workers under the stated worker count will also be offered with a partial refund, the specifics of which are on a case by case basis.
  • If the buyer wishes for a replacement colony instead of a monetary refund, they may ask for that instead, in which we reserve the right to choose. 
  • Refunds will not be given for free products.

For broken equipment, you can receive a refund. Requirements to meet this:

  • Video proof of the broken equipment must be emailed to the store within the day it arrived. Later then that and they will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to ask that you ship broken equipment back to receive a refund. We will pay necessary shipping fees. 
  • Equipment with purely aesthetic damages are pursuant to a case by case partial refund.
  • If the buyer wishes for replacement equipment instead of a monetary refund, they may ask for that instead, in which we reserve the right to choose. 
  • Refunds will not be given for free products.

Live feeders or non-ant animals do not have a DOA guarantee.
