If you've ever gone camping in the western United States, you've likely encountered these guys' large soldiers. With formidable colonies, simple care, and fun care, these species are perfect for either a first colony or a fiftieth.
Care for this species is the normal care of insects and sugar water provided often. Some degree of heat will be helpful, though not absolutely needed. Hibernation is required.
